Barbara Sapp began her sales career with Iowa realty in Des Moines, IA in 1977, and consistently maintained a high sales volume each year for the succeeding 11 years, including being named Realtor Associate of the Year by the Des Moines Board of Realtors in 1984. In 1987, Barb had the opportunity to market a condominium property in West Palm Beach, Florida for Minneapolis based Ted Glasrud and Associates. The condominium property subsequently sold to an investor from France. Barb decided to remain in Florida and switched her focus to general real estate, specializing in commercial investment real estate. For the next six years, Barb was an agent in Jupiter, Florida. She spent two years managing a commercial department for Hart Realty and four years as agent and sales director for Prudential Florida Realty. In 1995, Barbara returned to Iowa and rejoined Iowa Realty Commercial as a sales agent. She is well known for developing creative solutions to meet the needs of her clients.

In 1999, her husband retired and Frank and Barbara moved to Hollister where they owned a home on Lake Taneycomo. Barb joined CJR COMMERCIAL GROUP as a sales agent specializing in commercial investment real estate.

Throughout her career, Barb has been active as a member and holding offices in professional organizations, including the Iowa Commercial and Land Association, the Board of Realtors, the Iowa Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors, Jupiter-Tequesta Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Tri­Lakes Board of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors. In November, 2006 she opened a full service real estate firm in Branson, MO White River Realty. The office is located at 3044 Shepherd of the Hills Expressway #211, Branson MO 65616. 

Barbara maintains a Broker's license in Missouri, Iowa and Florida, along with all of the continuing education required to retain those licenses. Barb also has inactive license in New York and in Michigan.
